Free Two-Day Shipping
Kwiat offers complimentary two-day insured FedEx shipping on all orders within the U.S. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APF/FPO/DPO addresses take additional time. For orders outside these areas, please email [email protected] to make arrangements. Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Packages require a signature upon delivery.
Kwiat is not responsible for delays caused by weather, the actions of the shipping company, or circumstances beyond our control.
Track Your Order
Once your order is received, we will send you the confirmation number and the shipment confirmation and FedEx tracking number using the contact information you provided at check out. To check the status of your order, please email [email protected].
Free Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason at all, you may receive a full refund. Please contact [email protected] within 30 days of receipt to receive a return authorization number and return shipping label. Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. Items purchased online may be also returned to Kwiat’s Madison Avenue flagship store with an original receipt or gift receipt.
Kwiat will accept merchandise for return only in unused, unaltered, and salable condition. Returns must be made in the original packaging with the Kwiat shipping tag attached. Kwiat cannot accept returns of engraved items or items that show signs of wear. Special orders and custom sized pieces may be exchanged (see more below). Kwiat reserves the right to refuse any returns.
Upon completion of the proper return procedures and a determination that the items are in original salable condition, Kwiat will issue a refund. Once an item has been received for return by Kwiat, either at the Kwiat Madison Avenue flagship or via mail, the return may take 3-5 business days to process, after which time a refund will be issued.
Please note: If your item arrives in damaged condition, contact [email protected] within 10 days of receipt to receive a return authorization number and return shipping label. Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. You may also return the item to Kwiat’s Madison Avenue flagship store with the original receipt or gift receipt. Exchanges
Within 30 days of receipt, an item in unused, unaltered, and salable condition with the Kwiat shipping tag attached may be exchanged for another item, as long as it’s accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt.
If the newly selected item is a lower price than the item being exchanged, Kwiat will issue a refund for the difference. If the newly selected item is a higher price than the item being exchanged, the difference will be charged.
Items purchased online may be exchanged by shipping them back to Kwiat or in person at Kwiat’s Madison Avenue flagship. To exchange by mail, please contact [email protected] for instructions.
